河南机电高等专科学校 毕业设计论文 宁波冠硕电子存货核算与管理工作的调查与研究 系 部 管理工程系 专 业 会计电算化 班 级 会计102 学生姓名 王婉玲 学 号 100511202 指导教师 王潇 2012年 11 月 17 日 摘 要：在市场竞争越来越激烈的情况下，企业靠提高商品售价获取利润已不现实，在产品售价不变甚至降低的情况下，降低成本就显得尤为重要。存货是企业在生产经营过程中为生产或销售而储备的物资，是企业流动资产中所占比重最大的一部分。企业存货利用程度的好坏对财务状况影响很大，加强存货管理便成为财务管理的一项重要内容。存货在降低成本中占了举足轻重的位置。本文阐述了企业存货核算与管理的概述和一般方法，并分析了存货管理的现状，指出存货管理中存在的问题是缺乏有效的统计方法、存货管理制度不够完善、未能充分利用第三方物流管理、库存占用资金过高等，并针对存货管理中存在的问题提出了相应的对策。 关键词：存货管理；存货核算；调查与研究 Abstract : in the increasingly fierce market competition situation, enterprises rely on to raise the price of the commodities profits have been unrealistic, in product prices unchanged or even decreased, reducing cost is very important.
