Keywords: Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Diagnosis 一、前言 当今的过程工业，对现场的可靠性要求越来越高，一般都要求仪表设备能满足7/24的连续可靠工作，突发的故障停机会造成极大的损失。因此，也对设备的维护提出了较高的要求，以最大程度的避免生产的损失和材料的浪费。根据统计，在 1981 年，美国的工厂花费在维护其关键装置系统上的成本超过了 6000 亿美元。在 1991 年，这种成本已经升至 8000 多亿美元，而在 2000 年更是破记录地达到 12000 亿美元。这些数据表明，这些成本的三分之一到二分之一由于采用无效的维护管理方法而被浪费掉。这种无效使用维护支出的主要原因
