第 31 卷第 1 期 统计研究 Vol. 31 , No.l 2014 年 1 月 Statistical Research Jan. 2014 要素禀赋、内在约束与中国经济增长质量* 何强 内容提要:本文将经济增长质量界定为在一定生产要素禀赋以及资源环境、经济结构、收入结构约束下的经济 增长效率。基于 Lucus 经济增长模型框架和随机边界异质面板生产模型，本文对 1997 - 2011 年中国及各省域经济 增长质量影响因素和经济增长质量走势进行了实证测评研究。结果表明，2∞0 年以后中国经济增长质量走势显著 趋缓;劳动力和人力资本对经济增长的弹性比物质资本更大;中国经济增长质量整体面临显著的内在约束;不同区 域之间的经济增长质量提升模式之间存在较大差异;东中西三类区域之间的经济增长质量水平呈现出明显的阶梯 状分布:各省域人均 GDP 和经济增长质量指数之间基本正相关。 关键词:要素禀赋;内在约束;经济增长质量;随机边界异质面板模型 中图分类号:C812 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002 -4565(2014)01 -0070 -08 Endowments of Production Factors , Internal Constraints , and Quality of China s Economic Growth He Qian Abstract :The quality of economic growth is defined as the efficiency of economic growth under the constraint of certain endowments of production factors , resources and environment condition , economic structure , and income structure in this paper. Through Lucus economic growth model and the heterogeneous stochastic frontier production model for panel data , the factors and trends of the quality of economic growth from 1997 to 2011 in China and its provinces are evaluated. The results show that the trend of China毡 economic growth quality has heen significantly slowing since 2000. The elasticity of lahor or human capital to economic growth is higger than material capital. The overall quality of China毡 economic growth faces significant internal constraints. There is a hig difference among different regions in the quality improvement model of economic growth. The quality of economic growth in the eastern , middle , western region of China sho
