年 月第 卷第 期 2010 3 7 9 ·实验研究 · 黄芪治疗荨麻疹机制的实验研究 吴玲霞，甄 莉* （山西医科大学第一医院皮肤科，山西太原 030001 ） 摘要 目的：观察黄芪对大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应（ ）的抑制作用，初步探讨其治疗荨麻疹的可能机制。 方法：建造 [ ] PCA 同种大鼠PCA 模型，实验动物随机分为模型组、酮替酚组、黄芪组，分别给予相应药物灌胃给药，采用 HE 染色法、 甲苯胺蓝染色法、分光光度计比色法观察大鼠PCA 及肥大细胞脱颗粒情况。 结果：黄芪可减轻大鼠PCA ，减少肥大 细胞脱颗粒。 结论：黄芪对大鼠PCA 有抑制作用，其可能的作用机制为抑制肥大细胞脱颗粒，减少炎症介质的释放。 关键词 黄芪；荨麻疹；被动皮肤过敏反应；抑制作用；肥大细胞脱颗粒 [ ] [中图分类号] R758.24 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210 （2010 ）03 （c ）-033－02 Experimental study of mechanism of Astragalus in treating urticaria WU Lingxia, ZHEN Li (Department of Dermatology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, Taiyuan 030001, China) [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effects and mechanism of Astragalus on urticaria by using experimental animal model of PCA. Methods: Rat models of PCA were established, then the rats were randomly divided into model group, Ke - totifen group and Astragalus group. Corresponding medicines were injected into their stomachs to carry on the experiment. The PCA and degranulation of mast cells were observed with HE, toluidine blue and spectrophotometer. Results: Astra- galus could decrease the PCA reaction, and decreased the degranulation of mast cells. Conclusion: Astragalus can de- crease the PCA reaction, and its possibled mechanism is decreasing the degranulation of mast cells and reducing produc - tion of active mediator.
