微创闭合单臂及三维外固定支架治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折效果比较 　　【摘要】 目的：探?微创闭合单臂与三维外固定支架治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法：回顾性分析2012年6月-2016年1月本院确诊治疗的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者60例，依据治疗方法分为单臂组和三维组，每组30例，单臂组患者给予微创闭合单臂外固定支架治疗，三维组患者给予微创闭合三维外固定支架治疗，采用Harris髋关节功能评分法评估关节功能，采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评估疼痛程度，随访6个月，统计分析所有患者术中出血量、手术时间、骨折愈合时间和关节功能及治疗前、治疗后3、5、7 d的疼痛情况。结果：单臂组和三维组术中出血量、手术时间、骨折愈合时间比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；单臂组和三维组患者治疗后关节功能优良率分别为93.33%、96.67%，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；所有患者均无不愈合、延迟愈合等并发症发生；单臂组和三维组患者治疗后3、5、7 d的VAS得分明显低于治疗前，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：微创闭合单臂与三维外固定支架治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效确切，均具有创伤小、并发症少等特点，均可有效改善患者的关节功能和缓解患者的疼痛症状，值得临床进一步推广 【关键词】 微创闭合； 单臂； 三维； 外固定支架； 老年股骨粗隆间骨折 Effect of Minimally Invasive Closed Single Arm and Three-dimensional External Fixator in the Treatment of Senile Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture/HUANG Wu-quan.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（31）：017-020 【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the effect of minimally invasive closed single arm and three-dimensional external fixator in the treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Method：A total of 60 patients with senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture were retrospectively analyzed from June 2012 to January 2016 in our hospital.According to the treatment，all patients were divided into single arm group and three-dimensional group，30 cases in each group，single arm group was given minimally invasive closed single arm external fixation support treatment，three-dimensional group was given minimally invasive closed three-dimensional external fixation support treatment，Harris hip score method was used to evaluate joint function，visual analogue scale（VAS） was used to assess the degree of pain，followed up for 6 months，intraoperative blood loss，operative time，fracture healing time and joint function before and after treatment and 3， 5， 7 d of pain of two groups were analyzed.Result：Single arm group and three-dimensional intraoperative blood loss，operative time，fracture healing time were basically the same，there was no significant difference（P0.05）.Single arm group and three-dimensional group af
