电极板落料冲孔复合模设计及仿真摘要工业要发展，模具需先行；没用高水平的模具，就没有高端的工业产品，进而一个国家就失去了核心的竞争力。毕业设计是大学所学知识的综合运用，为后期的工作和进一步学习打下基础。本课题是关于电极板落料冲孔复合模的设计，设计前应对冲裁件进行工艺分析，包括精度分析、结构分析、材料分析等，以确保该零件适合冲裁加工。然后确定冲裁加工方案，进行必要的工艺计算，包括排样设计、工艺力计算、压力中心确定等[1]。进而模具零件的详细设计与标准的选用，在模具设计完成的基础上根据零件的装配关系绘制模具图样，包括装配图、三维图、非标准零件图。最后撰写毕业设计论文，并在指导老师的辅导下，进行一系列的修改，以完成毕业设计。本毕业设计的有用结论是落料与冲孔可以同时进行，提高了生产效率，减轻了工人的劳动强度，从而促进了模具行业的发展。关键词：电极板；落料冲孔；复合模；工艺分析；工艺计算The Design and Simulation of blanking and punching composite mold of electrode plateAbstractAbove all,there is no high-end industrial products and a country lost core competitivenesswithout a high level of mold. The project of graduation is the comprehensive utilization of the Universitys knowledge, which lays the foundation for the later work and further study.This thesis focuses on the design of blanking and punching composite moldof electrode plate.Firstly, we need analysis electrode plate, including accuracy’s analysis, structure’s analysis, material’s analysis, to ensure that the parts is suitable for blanking process. Further, the blanking processing schemewill be determined, and the necessary process calculation also should be done, including layout design and calculating the force and determine the pressure center. The importanceof this topic is the selection of mold parts of the detailed design and standards. When the design of mold parts is well drawn, thus it can be used in mold rendering, including assembly drawing, three-dimensional map, non-standard parts.Finally, I can write the graduation thesis with the teacher’s guidance, after a series of corrections, completing the graduation design.The useful summing-up of this graduation design is that the blanking and punching can be carried out together, improving theefficiencyof production, reducing the labor intensity of workers, thus promoting the development of the mold industry.Key Word:electrode plate; blanking and punching;composite mold;process analysis;process calculation插图清单图2-1电极板3图2-2工件的尺寸公差3图4-1排样图6图4-2排样图7图4-3
