论研究生科研诚信教育的性质 　　摘要：探讨研究生科研诚信教育的性质是必要的。研究生科研诚信教育属于思想政治教育和科技职业道德教育二者之一。运用概念分析法，通过将研究生科研诚信教育和思想政治教育以及科技职业道德教育两个概念的内涵和外延进行比对得出结论：研究生科研诚信教育属于科技职业道德教育 关键词：研究生科研诚信教育；思想政治教育；科技职业道德教育 中图分类号：G647 文献标识码：A文章编号： 2016 Abstract：It is necessary to explore the nature of education of postgraduate students on integrity in conducting researches. This paper aims to find out whether education of postgraduate students on integrity in conducting researches falls into the category of ideological and political education or the education on scientific professional ethics. Using the conceptual analysis and by comparing education of postgraduate students on integrity in conducting researches and the denotation and connotation of ideological and political education and the education on scientific professional ethics， the paper reaches the conclusion that education of postgraduate students on integrity in conducting researches belongs to the education on scientific professional ethics. Key words：education of postgraduate students on integrity in conducting researches； ideological and political education； the education on scientific professional ethics 科研不端行为的治理已经在世界范围内受到重视。治理科研不端行为的一个关键环节是对科研者进行科研诚信教育。研究生是未来的科研者。对研究生进行科研诚信教育可以防患于未然，有效预防科研不端行为的发生。因此，美国等西方发达国家的高校已经比较普遍地在研究生中间开展科研诚信教育。我国有部分高校也已经对研究生开展科研诚信教育，但总的说来，研究生的科研诚信教育在我国开展得还不够普遍，成效也不够显著。究其原因，从认识根源来看，一个重要的原因是我们对研究生科研诚信教育的性质还没有真正弄清楚 一、问题提出：为什么要探讨研究生科研诚信教育的性质 研究生科研诚信教育的性质简单地讲就是研究生科研诚信教育的根本属性。研究生科研诚信教育的根本属性是什么？为什么要探讨这个问题？首先，根据认识与实践的辩证关系我们知道，理论指导实践，只有深刻地认识研究生科研诚信教育的根本性质，我们才能有效地开展研究生科研诚信教育的实践。一项教育实践的根本性质决定着该项教育实践的目的和手段以及运行机制等，属于教育实践中最深层次的必然性。离开了对这种必然性的认识，我们的研究生科研诚信教育就会偏离正确的方向，根本不可能取得真正的成效。所以，为了有效地开展研究生科研诚信教育实践，我们首先要认识研究生科研诚信教育的根本性质。这是从理论上得到的一个合理的推论 当然，探讨研究生科研诚信教育根本性质的必要性还在于解决这个问题有比较急迫的现实需求。在我国，对研究生科研诚信教育的性质进行不同定位在实践中会直接产生很不相同的效果。比如一种比较普遍的观点认为研究生科研诚信教育属于思想政治教育。如果研究生科研诚信教育属于思想政治教育则它须要严格执行《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》（中发〔2004〕16号）和《中共中央宣传部教育部关于进一步加强和改进高等学校思想政治理论课的意见》（教社政〔2005〕5号）特别是2010年《中共中央宣传部教育部关于高等学校研究
