谈职业院校艺术教学中职业素质培养 　　摘 要 随着经济发展水平日益提高，社会对各行业人才的需求也在不断发生变化，不仅要求从业人员掌握扎实的专业基础知识，而且要具备一定的职业素质。因此，在当前职业院校的教学中，要重视对学生职业素质的培养，以职业院校的艺术教学为具体研究对象，在实际教学过程中，教师不仅要教会学生相应的理论基础知识和实践技能，而且要强化对学生的职业素质教育，结合社会实际需要和企业发展状况，将学生培养成当前社会和企业所需要的高素质人才。但是在进行素质教育教学过程中，存在着一些问题，使得教学未能取得预期成效。文章研究了当前职业院校艺术教学职业素质教育的现状，针对其所存在的问题，提出具有针对性的措施，希望可以有效提升职业素质教育成效，培养出社会所需要的高素质人才 关键词 职业院校 艺术教学 职业素质 培养 中图分类号：G424 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdkz.2017.01.044 On the Cultivation of Professional Quality in the Art Teaching in Vocational Colleges SONG Yimi （Guangzhou Huali Science and Technology Vocational College， Guangzhou， Guangdong 511325） Abstract With the level of economic development is increasing， the demand for talent in the industry is changing， not only requires practitioners to master a solid foundation of professional knowledge， but also have a certain degree of professional quality. Therefore， in the current occupation colleges teaching， cultivate students’ occupation quality， the art teaching occupation colleges as the research object， in the actual teaching process， teachers should not only teach students the theoretical knowledge and practical skills， but also to strengthen the occupation quality education for students， combined with the actual needs of society and enterprise development， to cultivate high-quality talents in the current social and business needs. However， in the process of quality education， there are some problems， which makes teaching fail to achieve the desired results.
