摘要 任何艺术活动都是人的表现行为，而究其根本，人的行为又受控于人的心理活动。声乐活动的基本环节更是离不开行为人的心理活动，以它为基础并受其影响。恐惧心理是一种不良的心理状态，它不仅会存在于人们的日常生活中，同时与人类的艺术活动密不可分，尤其是舞台表演艺术。恐惧心理的产生对声乐演唱有极大的阻碍作用。我们每个学习声乐演唱的人都有同感，在临上台前或临上课前会不由自主的产生害怕、过度兴奋等等不正常心理，这些不良心理状态必然会影响歌唱水平的正常发挥。因此，如何对在声乐演唱过程中所产生的恐惧心理进行调控，对于每一个声乐学习者来说都有非常重要的研究价值。本文第一章节简单介绍了声乐演唱中产生恐惧心理的普遍现象，出现恐惧心理的具体表现，分三小节分析了由于歌唱技巧、生理因素和性格差异带来的影响。第二章着重对声乐演唱中恐惧心理现象进行具体的理论阐释，并提出一些切实可行的调节方法，其目的是为了更好的使声乐学习和爱好者提高声乐演唱水平，为观众带来完美的视听盛宴。 关键词：心理，调控，歌曲演唱，意义； Abstract Any art activities are human behavior, and the fundamental, human behavior is controlled by the human psychological activities. Vocal event of the basic link is inseparable from the behavior of human psychological activity, taking it as the foundation and its effect. Fear is a poor mental state, it will not only exists in peoples daily life, at the same time with the human art activity are inseparable, especially for stage performance art. Fear of singing has great effect. We each learning vocal music people are same, facing on the stage or pro before class will cant help produce fear, excitement and so on abnormal psychology, these bad psychological state will affect the singing of the normal level of play. Therefore, how to sing in the vocal music produced in the process of psychological regulation in fear, for every vocal music learners have very important research value. In this paper, the first chapter briefly introduces the fear psychology in vocal music singing phenomenon, show fear of specific performance is divided into three sections, analyzes the singing skills, physiological factors and personality differences in the impact. The second chapter focuses on the vocal singing of fear phenomena are specific interpretation of the theory, and puts forward some practical regulation method, its purpose is to make the vocal learning and enthusiasts to improve singing level, for the audience to bring a perfect audio-visual feast.
