左氧氟沙星联合抗结核化疗方案治疗复治涂阳肺结核疗效及不良反应评价 　　【摘要】 目的 评估左氧氟沙星联合抗结核化疗方案治疗复治涂阳肺结核（TB）的疗效及不良反应情况。方法 67例复治涂阳TB患者的临床资料， 根据治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组（30例）和研究组（37例）。对照组单纯行抗结核化疗， 研究组联合左氧氟沙星治疗， 比较两组病灶吸收与不良反应。结果 研究组病灶吸收率81.08%高于对照组的60.00%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 复治涂阳TB患者行左氧氟沙星联合抗结核化疗方案治疗可取得良好效果， 且安全性高， 具临床应用价值 【关键词】 左氧氟沙星；复治涂阳肺结核；抗结核；疗效；不良反应 DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.02.048 Evaluation on curative effect and adverse reactions of levofloxacin combined with anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy regimens in the treatment of retreated smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis LING Ying-bing， XIE Hong-en， LU Yan-chun. Methods A total of 67 retreated smear positive TB patients were divided by different treatment regimens into control group （30 cases） and research group （37 cases）. The control group received only anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy， and the research group received levofloxacin combined with anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy. Comparison were made on lesions absorption rate and adverse reactions. Results The research group had higher lesions absorption rate as 81.08% than 60.00% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Implement of levofloxacin and anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy regimens shows perfect curative effect in the treatment of retreated smear positive TB patients with high security.
