C2C电子商务的物流配送摘 要 随着互联网应用的普及,C2C电子商务逐渐成为社会的主流消费方式.本 文主要研究了当前我国C2C电子商务配送的问题,以及解决C2C电子商务配 送问题的对策. 首先,分析了C2C电子商务配送的特殊性,为研究C2C电子商务物流配 送问题提供了依据.就C2C电子商务的配送客户,网络卖家,配送商品,配送 质量与成本,配送供应链系统进行了较深入的比较与分析,认为C2C电子商务 配送在多方面具有复杂,难以控制与管理等特殊性. 第二,从我国C2C电子商务配送的现状出发,指出了我国C2C电子商务 物流在配送质量与成本,配送主体及配送管理等方面存在的问题,并针对上述问题产生的背景与原因进行了分析. 第三,以C2C电子商务配送存在的问题及原因分析为基础,依据电子商务 发展要求和物流配送供应链管理理论,提出了解决问题的对策.它包括:建立 C2C电子商务配送供应链系统;政府,企业(含网络卖家)应该承担怎样的管 理责任等. 第四,将本文研究的结论运用于淘宝网,对其物流配送系统进行分析.从 淘宝网物流配送系统的实际情况出发,发现该配送系统的不足,并分析了原因. 根据淘宝网身份,就其配送系统的不足提出开放选择第三方物流配送服务商, 与物流服务供应商共建信息平台等改进措施. 最后作了总结和展望. 关键词:C2C电子商务物流递送网络购物 4 Study of logistics express delivery for C2C Abstract Wim populaurity of application of interact.C2C e-commerce gradually becomes main stream consumption method in society.This paper mainly studies distribution of Chinese C2C e-commerce at present and countermeasure resolving problem of distribution.
