建筑企业核心竞争力的培育大学本科论文.docVIP

摘要 企业要在竞争激烈的建筑市场中，并使企业不断，必须培育和提升企业的核心竞争力，为此从建筑企业角度对建筑企业核心竞争力培育的现状进行对建筑企业核心竞争力培育问题进行了，并就如何有效提高建筑企业核心竞争力提出了相应的方法对策。针对我国建筑企业现状，对我国建筑企业普遍存在的问题进行深入，指出只有提高建筑企业核心竞争力才是解决问题的关键并提出从建筑企业诚信机制建设、职工技能培训、提高技术创新、加强全面质量管理和核心业务整合以及发展海外市场几个方面构建建筑企业核心竞争力的结论。 建筑企业；核心竞争力；培育 Abstract Enterprise architecture want have in a highly competitive market place.
