Effect of heparin to the Banna minipig intracerebral hemorrhage animal model Abstract Object:Autologous blood injection method is adopted to establish the Banna minipig intracerebral hemorrhage animal model,to explore the effect of heparin to animal model on neuroethology,imaging and histopatholog,that assess the stability and rationality of animal model.Methods:Select 30 male banna minipigs, grouped by random number table method, the animal can be divided into three large groups and its corresponding to two time points (day1 and day7) group, a total of 6 groups.Anticoagulant group (n = 10) and no anticoagulant group (n = 10) using two times injection method to inject anticoagulation/no anticoagulant blood into the left basal ganglia , making animal model of intracerebral hemorrhage and were in control group (n = 10) for comparison.All the animals perform neurobehavioral score, magnetic resonance imaging on postoperative day. 1. Animals in day 1 group would be put to death and then perform pathologic examination. Correspondingly, Animals in Day 7 group would be put to death after finish the above checks again. Results: 1.
