Make low carbon society in harmony with nature, leave the road of sustainable development. Low carbon community construction, the core content is making full use of low carbon energy technologies, promote fuel efficiency, improve the energy structure and change the way of life, establish low carbon community development mode and low carbon social consumption model, and to promote community from energy-intensive to lower energy conversion, from high to low emission transformation, emissions from high to low pollution transformation, pollution from man and nature antithetical to the person and the nature harmoniously transformation.
