序号（学号）： 0401080205 xxxxxxxxxx学院 毕业论文 海尔集团组织结构设计与创新 姓 名 xxxxxx 学 院 工商管理 专 业 工商管理 班 级 200x级2班 指导教师 xxxx 讲师 ________年_____月_____日 海尔集团组织结构设计与创新 [摘要] 家电企业组织结构如何适应当前条件下全球化激烈竞争是全球家电企业尤其是中国家电企业面临的一大难题。为确立自己的竞争优势，各家电企业纷纷进行组织机构的调整，其中以业务流程再造进行组织结构创新的模式，是非常有效的模式。本文以海尔集团以业务流程再造为基础的组织结构创新为例，自组织结构的基本概念开始，分别阐述了组织结构创新的必要性，常见的组织结构设计，业务流程再造的基本理念、内容，海尔基于流程的组织结构创新以及几点启示等，希望通过本文能对基于业务流程再造的创新模式得到充分的理解和认识。 [关键词] 组织结构 业务流程再造 创新 海尔集团 Haier group organization structure design and innovation [Abstract]One big challenge facing the home appliance manufacturers in the world especially the manufacturers in China,is how to adapt themselves to the current fierce competition brought by globalization．To establish their own competitive edges，many home appliance enterprises in the world start adjusting organizations，among which，the innovative mode of organizational restructuring through Business Process Reengineering(BPR) proves very effective.In this paper the haier group based in business process reengineering organizational structure innovation as an example,start from the basic concept of the organization structure,respectively expounds the necessity of innovation organization structure,the common organization structure design,the business process reengineering of basic idea,content,the haier process based organization structure innovation and its enlightenment and so on.This paper is based on the hope of business process reengineering model of innovation get full understanding.
