A t the same tim e , the w eight of each index is determ ined by using entropy m ethod , in order to overcome the disadvantages of the strong su b je ctivity of the expert consultation m ethod . Ta king B e ijin g c ity in 2005-2014 as an exam ple , an e m pirical analysis of the index system is carried out .
