两种清洗消毒方法对不同医疗器械洗涤效果探析 　　【摘要】 目的：比较两种不同清洗消毒方法对复用医疗器械的处理效果。方法：选择复用医疗器械共120件，分成A、B两组，每小组分别包含管腔类、轴与关节类、普通类器械各20件。A组采用手工清洗加全自动清洗消毒器清洗，B组采用手工清洗加超声波清洗机清洗。用手持型ATP荧光检测仪检测各器械清洗消毒后的RLU值。结果：A组管腔类器械有3件不合格，轴与关节类器械有1件不合格，B组全部器械合格。管腔类器械、轴与关节类器械采用两种不同清洗消毒方法处理后检测RLU值比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：普通类医疗器械宜选择手工清洗加全自动清洗消毒器清洗，以提高工作效率，而管腔类、轴与关节类医疗器械则采用手工清洗加超声波清洗机清洗效果最佳 【关键词】 消毒供应中心； 清洗； 消毒 doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.6.091 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）06-0159-02 Effect Analysis of Two Methods of Cleaning and Disinfection for Different Medical Apparatus/DING Yun，WANG Kai-xiu，WEI Xiu-jia，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（6）：159-160 【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the treatment effect of two different methods of cleaning and disinfection for medical apparatus.Method：A total of 120 recyclable medical instruments were selected and divided into group A and group B，each group contained lumen，shaft and joint，ordinary apparatus 20 pieces.Used manual cleaning and automatic cleaning sterilizer for the group A，group B adopted manual cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning machine to clean.Handheld ATP fluorescence detector was used to detect the RLU value after the cleaning and disinfection of the apparatus.Result：In group A，lumen machine had three pieces of unqualified，shaft and joint machine had 1 piece unqualified.In group B，all the instruments were qualified.For the lumen apparatus，shaft and joint apparatus，there were significant differences between the two different methods of cleaning and disinfection in RLU value（P0.05）.Conclusion：Ordinary medical apparatus shall select manual cleaning and automatic cleaning sterilizer cleaning in order to improve the work efficiency，and lumen，shaft and joint medical apparatus shall adopt manual cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning machine to reach the best effect. 【Key words】 Central sterile supply department； Cleaning； Disinfection First-authors address：The Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University，Guilin 541001，China ?陀檬质跗餍当砻娉３２辛艋
