冠状切口治疗颧上颌复合体骨折23例(国外英语资料) [Abstract] background to study the methods of coronary incision in the treatment of zygomaticomaxillary complex fractures and intraoperative attention. Case reports with the coronal incision or additional incision for surgical treatment of 23 cases of patients with ZMC fractures were found in 1 cases of postoperative ptosis, symmetrical facial appearance, the rest of the patients good occlusion, no diplopia and eye depression. Discussion of coronary incision in the treatment of zygomaticomaxillary complex fractures with a clear operative field, reliable effect and hidden incision and other advantages, is a better method for treating zygomatic maxillary complex fracture. CASE REPORTS of zygomaticomaxillary complex fracture 23 cases were surgically treated with the coronal incision or additional incision. Exept one patients happened blephroptosis after operation, the other had the symmetrical facial appearance, good occlusion, no diplopia and eye inversion, and so on. DISCUSSION Surgery treatment with the coronal incision for the zygomaticomaxillary complex fracture has advantages of clear operative field, reliable effects and concealed wound, and is the better treatment for the zygomaticomaxillary complex fracture.
