胫骨结节骨软骨炎的影像学诊断(国外英语资料) Imaging diagnosis of osteochondritis of tibial tuberosity [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the X-ray features of osteochondritis of juvenile tibial tuberosity and to improve the diagnostic level of the disease. Methods the X-ray films of 8 cases of osteochondritis of tibial tubercle were analyzed retrospectively, and all the radiographs were taken. Results the X-ray findings of osteochondritis of tibial tuberosity showed that the density of tibial tubercle was increased, fractured and slightly separated from the diaphysis, and the marginal margin of the isolated site could be small defect. Sometimes it is found that the nodules are irregular fissures, and there is a cystic translucent area below the epiphysis. Conclusion the X-ray findings of osteochondritis of tibial tuberosity are patellar ligament thickening, secondary spur bone extending from the surface of tibial tubercle to patellar ligament, small calcification spot in patellar tendon, and regular and broken bone separation of tibial tubercle. The osteochondritis of the tibial tuberosity should be differentiated from the normal variation of the tibial tubercle and the fracture of the tibial tubercle.
