霍尔传感器等离子调高(国外英语资料) A special application of Holzer sensors Date: 2008-10-22] [source: foreign electronic components the author: Luo Baisui, Xiong Xiaomin [font: big small] 1 Introduction The level of plasma automatic regulator is cutting machine equipment necessary, widely used in large equipment manufacturing, shipbuilding and cutting etc, its main function is to ensure the cutting torch and cut workpiece to maintain optimum cutting distance, eliminate the error caused by the change of machining precision cut workpiece roughness. The cutting machine can not accurately obtain the cutting torch and the plate cutting distance in the work process, which will inevitably affect the cutting quality of the steel plate. The arc current of cutting will cause visual fatigue for operators. Therefore, a design scheme based on Holzer sensor is given, ensure slotting cutting process of uniform width, cutting precision. 2 system design This design uses the Holzer effect principle of voltage changing with the magnetic field changes, the change of the voltage regulator to the automatic level control, the rise and fall of the torch, automatic level to form a closed loop control system, as shown in figure 1. The closed loop automatic control system by Holzer sensor, Autoscope, high-frequency filter, operational amplifier, comparator, arc lifter, manual and automatic analog switch converter, photoelectric coupler, three state door interlocking device, motor drive and mechanical screw rod transmission system positioning.
