Most people think that drinking eight glasses of water a day is good for your health.
But in recent years, there have been reports of different opinions from abroad. Experts say you dont have to drink eight glasses of water a day, and drinking too much water can cause problems for your body.
Nutrition experts pointed out that water and calorie intake, how many, how much is added, now there is no scientific evidence to say that drinking more water can discharge poison. However, the water demand depends everyone environment (temperature, humidity), exercise, physical health and food intake, such as no standard values. Some people do need to drink more water, including gout and kidney stones, by following the doctors advice.
