商务英语信函的语言特点及其翻译技巧 篇一：商务英语信函的语言特征及其翻译 毕业论文（设计）开题报告 毕业论文 题 目商务英语信函的语言特征及其翻译 姓名 胡文豪 学号 专业年级 2009级商务英语1班 指导教师王玫 职称 助 教 2012年5月20日 摘要 随着经济全球化的发展和中国加入世界贸易组织，我国的涉外商务活动日益频繁，商务英语已经成为世界经济活动中必不可少的语言交际工具。 本论文对商务英语信函的语言特征及其翻译进行了研究。论文共包括四章。论文第一章引言指出本文研究背景和研究目的。第二章分别从语气、词汇、句式三个方面介绍了商务英语信函的语言特征。第三章从增译法、省译法、转译法、分译法及习惯术语的译法五个方面探讨了商务英语信函的翻译方法和策略，第四章结论指出使用正确的翻译方法才能写出上乘的商务英语信函，保证商务活动顺利进行，搭建贸易双方沟通的桥梁。 商务英语信函在国际商务活动中扮演的角色越来越重要，商务英语信函的研究也随之越来越受到人们的普遍重视。商务英语信函是涉外商业活动中开展业务的专业性书面记录，有着较为特殊的语体特征及特有的翻译原则和要求，翻译时要特别注重其准确性和规范性。本文的研究旨在促进商务英语信函的翻译，把一方的信息准确、忠实地传递给另一方。通过对商务英语信函的语言特点分析，不仅能够使我们对商务英语信函的写作有了更深入的了解，而且对商务英语信函的语言特征的研究及其翻译规范和使用也具有一定的指导意义。 关键词：商务英语信函；语言特征；翻译方法；交际功能 Abstract With the development of economic globalization and China’s entry into the World Trade Organization, China抯 foreign business activities are frequently increased. Nowadays, business English has become an essential communication tool in the world抯 economic activities. The paper studies the linguistic characteristics of business English letter and its translation. The article includes four parts. Chapter one, introduction, shows the research background and purpose of studying this article. Chapter two introduces the linguistic characteristics of business English letter from such three aspects as tone, vocabulary and sentence structure. Chapter three expounds translation strategy of business English letter including addition, omission, conversion, division and idioms translation. Chapter four makes a conclusion that only in right way can we translate the business English letter well, thus we can make sure the business activities are successful and build up a communication bridge to both sides.
