Provided in this table are some of the key amino acids and energy intake, based on the performance criteria listed and assuming a 1.51 Mcal/lb diet (corn/sbm based). NSNG also contains example recommendations based on lower energy diets (utilization of fibrous ingredients) Amino acid recommendations were derived from an optimal pattern/ratio previously covered after lysine level was determined. Recommendations are based on parity (0 or 1 vs 2+) as well as different performance levels.
