宝来2016说明书 篇一：说明书 新宝来汽车制动系统设计 DESIGN OF DISC BRAKE FOR BORA 专业：汽车服务工程 姓名：达选成 指 导 教 师：杨严峻 申请学位级别：学 士 论文提交日期：2015年6月20日 学位授予单位：长春大学 摘 要 首先介绍了当今汽车领域使用最为广泛的汽车制动系统，介绍了盘式制动系统和鼓式制动系统的基本分类以及基本原理，同时对新宝来轿车所使用的盘式制动器进行了选择。其次，本文对新宝来汽车制动系统的相关参数进行了分析以及计算。例如：制动器最大制动力矩、制动力与制动力分配系数等。再次，制动片，制动块的尺寸分别进行设计计算，对新宝来轿车所使用的盘式制动系统中的零部件进行了计算，力求得到最适合新宝来轿车的盘式制动系统所需要的零部件尺寸。 最后本文对液压制动驱动机构进行了介绍分析，选出适合新宝来的液压管路系统。在设计计算的过程中大量查阅了现有的书籍和文献资料，对多种设计方案进行了学习，最终确定新宝来轿车制动盘，制动片以及制动块的尺寸。在现有新宝来轿车的制动系统中采用的都是盘式制动的制动系统形式，在本设计当中着重对盘式制动系统进行设计。前制动盘由于制动力较大采用通风式制动盘，尺寸也较大，大大提高了制动性能和制动稳定安全性。 对新宝来轿车的制动管路布置方案进行了选择，为提高制动的稳定安全性，采用X型油路，更加安全有效，适用于新宝来轿车。对液压制动系统中的各主要部件进行了设计计算 关键词：汽车；制动盘；液压系统 ABSTRACT In the first the papers introduced the most widely used brake systems in the automotive.Describes the basic classification and the basic primciples of the disc brake system and durm brake. Secondly, the thesis analyzed and calculated the automotive braking systems related parameters about new Bora. For example, the maximum braking torque of brakes , the distribution coefficient of braking force and braking force. Again, the author calculated and designed the brake pads and the size of brake block. The components of disc brake system which the new Bora used are calculated. The author strives to get the size of the components which is most suitable for disc brake system of the new Bora. Finally, the thesis introduced and analyzed the drive mechanism of the hydraulic braking. The author elects the hydraulic piping system which fit to new Bora .In the process of design and calculation I access to a large number of books and literature.I learn most from a variety of desing schemes,and ultimately determine the size of brake disc,brake pads and brake calipers of Bora.In the existing Bora抯 braking system is used for that.Front brake system is disc brake.Rear brake system is drum brake.The design of the disc brake system.Bridf description of the drum brake system.Since the braking force is larger,so the brake discs i
