祁县新农村文化建设的特点及启示 摘　要:　祁县有声有色的文化建设“红”了祁县,“火”了文化。祁县新 农村 文化建设类型多样,参与广泛,满足了广大群众精神娱乐和文化消费的不同需求;简约自办,注重实效,代表了市场 经济 条件下 社会 文化 发展 的重要方向; 内容 向上,贴近实际,弘扬了新时期构建和谐文化的主旋律。由祁县新农村文化建设的成功经验,得到三点启示:党和政府要切实加强对农村文化工作的领导;培育农村文化市场,政府“角色”不可或缺;要大力培养和发展业余兼职的群众文化队伍。　　 关键词:　祁县;新农村文化建设;群众精神娱乐;群众文化消费　　 The Characteristic and Enlightenment of CulturalConstruction of New Countryside in Qi CountyLI WEidong1,LI Shangang2,ZHANG Ying3(1. There is such a great diversity of cultural types and broad participation in theprocess of cultural construction of new countryside in Qi County that cultural construction met thespiritual entertainment of the broad masses of people and different consuming needs of the broad masses ofpeople. Being self-suffient and paying attention to practical results represent the direction of social andcultural development under the conditions of market economy. Positive and progressive contents andcloseness to reality promote the theme of building a harmonious culture in the new era. By successfulexperience in building new rural culture in Qixian County, we get three enlightenments: First, the Partyand the government should conscientiously strengthen leadership over the work of rural culture; Second,the government plays an indispensable role in nurturing rural cultural market; Third, we shouldvigorously train and develop amateur mass culture team of people.
