It means that swimming is an effective way to avoid problems like insomnia and waking too early.; The sea remains shallow even half a kilometer out, making it an ideal place for novice swimmers. The beach that carpeted with white sand is perfect for beach volleyball. ;Besides, it’s one of the few beautiful beaches in my country that has escaped development overkill and it is enclosed by high coral cliffs, making it an almost undiscovered paradise. ?While people are lying on the soft sand and enjoying the sunshine, they can let their mind wander and drift away from worries. ;Thank You!
