汽车密封条PU工位设备布局与仿真.doc

摘要 本论文利用设施规划及基础工业工程的相关理论，结合长春某汽车密封条PU工位生产车间工程实践中的具体问题，开展以下内容的研究，并期望能为解决工程实践中的实际问题提供可行的方案。本文利用基础工业工程与物流规划相关理论知识，结合某汽车密封条生产工位的PU工位的设备布局，节拍进行研究，并对PU工位进行流程程序分析，计算生产线的平衡率，并利用“5W1H”提问技术与“ECRS”原则对其生产线布局及工位等进行改进，使生产线整体平衡，且设备布局合理。同时介绍了仿真软件flexsim的功能及应用基础等，最后借助于仿真软件flexsim,对设计出来的PU工位的生产线布局进行快速仿真,来分析工人利用率、产量的控制和工厂管理等状况，从而找出在生产线运行过程中的瓶颈问题并对此进行了分析并提出改进方案，以辅助企业管理者进行正确决策。 关键词：工业工程 设备布局 “ECRS”原则 仿真软件flexsim Abstract This thesis makes use of the related theory of facility layout and primary industry engineering, wedge bonding lengthways spring some auto car hermetic sealing the PU work potential manufacturing shop engineering practice a medium concrete problem and develops the search of following contents , and expects for work out the actual problem in the engineering fulfillment to provide viable scheme.
