Genom e DNA extracted from the m ice tails w as subjected to PCR for genotype identification. Results The experimental model for NKCC1 knock - out m ice w as su ccessfully established and more NKCC1 knock - out m ice w ere reproduced . Conclusion The polymerase chain reaction experiment m ethod that J ackon Laboratry proposes can su cceed in distinguishing different genetic NKCC1 gene of phenotype. Furthermore, it can lay out a solid f oundation to further stu dy NKCC1 knock - out m ice correlation topic.
