多层螺旋CT对胃癌诊断价值探究 　　【摘要】 目的 研究多层螺旋CT对胃癌的诊断价值。方法 68例胃癌患者作为研究对象， 为患者实施多层螺旋CT扫描， 并将其检查结果与术后病理诊断结果进行比较。结果 68例患者均通过多层螺旋CT检出胃癌病灶， 检出率100.00%， 患者病灶分布：胃体小弯26例、胃窦部22例、贲门胃底15例、 胃体大弯5例。多层螺旋CT检查肿块型、浸润溃疡型、局限溃疡型、弥漫浸润型分型分别为9、25、27、7例与术后病理诊断的11、27、28、2例比较， 差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。多层螺旋CT检查胃癌T1、T2、T3、T4期分别为11、11、32、14例与术后病理诊断的13、13、31、11例比较， 差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 多层螺旋CT对胃癌具有较高的检出率， 也可对胃癌的分型、分期及治疗后疗效评价等提供非常有价值的信息， 值得临床推广 【关键词】 多层螺旋CT；胃癌；诊断；术后病理 DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.04.005 【Abstract】 Objective To research diagnostic value by multi-slice spiral CT for stomach cancer. Methods A total of 68 patients with stomach cancer as study subjects all received multi-slice spiral CT scanning， and their examination outcomes were compared with postoperative pathological diagnosis outcomes. Results Stomach cancer lesions were detected by multi-slice spiral CT in all patients， with detection rate as 100.00%. Lesion distribution was showed as 26 cases in lesser curvature of stomach， 22 cases in gastric antrum， 15 cases in cardia and fundus and 5 cases in greater curvature of stomach. Multi-slice spiral CT examination showed 9 mass type cases， 25 infiltrating ulcer type cases， 27 limited ulcer type cases and 7 diffuse infiltrative type cases， while comparing with 11， 27， 28 and 2 cases shown by postoperative pathology， their difference had no statistical significance （P0.05）. Multi-slice spiral CT examination showed 11 T1 stage cases， 11 T2 stage cases， 32 T3 stage cases and 14 T4 cases， while comparing with 13， 13， 31 and 11 cases shown by postoperative pathology， their difference had no statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT shows high detection rate of stomach cancer， and it also provides highly valuable information for classification， stage and curative effect evaluation after treatment in stomach cancer.
