第一章 是什么原因?
故障现象:
发动机怠速或者是低速运转时异响。
2 在某个转速的突然出现发动机异响。
3 在发动机急加速的时候出现异响。
4 在发动机某缸断火时出现异响,过一会就没了。
5 在发动机某一个缸断火时出现异响,但是异响声越来越大。
6 发动机相邻的两个缸之间断火,出现发动机异响。
7 低温异响,温度升高后异响逐渐消失。
8 高温异响,随着温度降低异响消失。
原因 维修效果图
发动机的活塞与气缸壁之间的间隙过大,或
者是活塞销装配过紧,或者是发动机挺杆与导孔之
间的间隙过大等等.
2 发动机曲轴折断,活塞销衬套松旷,或者是
由于发动机的凸轮轴正时齿轮破裂或其固定螺母
松动造成的.
3 连杆轴承松旷,轴瓦烧熔或尺寸不符而转
动,曲轴轴承松旷或轴瓦烧容,活塞销折断,曲轴折
断等等.
4 于发动机活塞敲缸,或者是由于连杆轴承松
了,还有可能是活塞环漏气了等.
5 活塞销铜套松旷,活塞裙部锥度过大,活塞
销窜出,连杆轴承盖固定螺栓松动过甚或连杆轴瓦
合金烧熔脱净等等.
6 曲轴轴承松旷了.
7 活塞与缸壁之间的间隙太大,或者是发动机
机油压力低润滑不好.
8 发动机活塞变形了,或者是活塞环的间隙太
小了,还有可能是过热引起的早燃等原因.
第二章 该怎么办?
① 发动机曲轴异响,发动机振动:曲轴轴向间隙过大导致异响,重新选配轴承更换,
异响排除.
② 主轴承异响,发动机振动:主轴颈与轴承配合松旷、主轴承润滑不良而烧坏、曲
轴弯曲或轴向间隙大.
③ 发动机怠速异响,低中速铛铛响:润滑不良或轴承配合不当、轴承质量不佳或装
配间隙过松、过紧迫使轴承片变形而造成合金脱落、连杆轴颈失圆,与轴承接触不良.
③ 挖掘机正时齿轮异响:正时齿轮磨损或装配不当,使啮合间隙过大或过小、曲轴
和凸轮轴中心线不
