持續教育學院 School of Continuing Studies 建築項目成本工程及工料測量實務工作坊 Construction Project Cost Engineering Quantity Surveying Practices 課程簡介 Course Introduction 加強建築專業人士在成本控制及工料測量的知識，並分析建築合同和商業事務的執業實踐。 To enrich practicing construction professionals the basic knowledgesand general understanding of quantity surveying practices, contractual and commercial matters relating to construction projects and built environment throughout the life cycle. 註：此課程已獲 「建築、工程及城市規 劃專業委員會」（多範疇內容的補充進 課程大綱 Course Outlines 修）認可時數 12 小時。 1. 成本工程及工料測量實務 Cost Engineering Quantity Surveying Practices - introduction on the quantity surveyor profession within the modern construction and built environment, key roles and duties and major contribution to every successful project on life cycle bases. 2. 設計經濟學和成本規劃 Design Economics and Cost Planning – coverage on the general cost management of design development for a project from inception, feasibility to completion during the pre-contract stages. 3. 採購和招標 Procurement and Tendering – general knowledge of procurement routes and methodologies, tender documentation and procedures, tender addendum and negotiation, tender award formality, different contract agreements for main contract and sub-contract. 4. 合約行政 Contract Administration – demonstration on the basic requirements of administrative procedures and management techniques necessary for smooth running of construction project in accordance with the terms and condition of the contract agreement. 5. 建築工程量化和成本核算 Quantification and Costing of Construction Works – methods of measurement, pricing of works, valuation of changes, cost control of construct
