加强企业财务管理提高经济效益的途径研究 内容摘要 随着我国经济体制改革的不断深人,企业管理以财务管理为核心,已成为企业家和经济界人士所共识。财务管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,渗透 企业的各个领域、各个环节之中。企业财务管理的好坏直接影响着企业的发展与壮大。随着我国加入WTO，市场经济体制改革的深入，对企业财务管理造成了一定影响，我国传统的企业财务管理已经不能够适应现代企业发展的要求，因此有必要实行全面预算管理、强化资金管理、建立财务监督制度、实现财务业务一体化全面加强企业财务管理，提高企业经济效益,保证企业的健康发展。因此,本文首先探讨了财务管理的必要性、随后探讨了企业存在的财务管理问题,最后给出了一些可行的措施。希望能给广大财务管理工作者一定的帮助。 关键词：财务管理 经济效益 资金管理 Abstract With the deepening of economic system reform of our country, the enterprise management on financial management as the core, has become entrepreneurs and economic circles of the consensus.
