流水施工是一种诞生较早，在建筑施工中广泛使用、行之有效的科学组织施工的计划方法。他建立在分工协作和大批量生产的基础上，其实质就是连续作业，组织均衡施工。他是工程施工进度控制的有效方法。流水施工是指所有施工过程按一定的时间间隔顺次投入施工，个施工过程陆续开工，陆续竣工，使同一过程的施工班组保持连续、均衡的施工，不同施工过程尽可能平行搭接施工的施工组织方式。组织流水施工可以充分利用时间和空间。连续、均衡、有节奏的进行施工提高劳动生产率，加快施工进度，节省施工进度，节省施工费用，降低工程成本。Abstract
Water construction is a kind of born earlier, widely used in building construction method, the effective science organization construction plans.
