山西财 经大 学 学报 2013年4月 Joumal of Shanxi Finance and Economics University Apr.，2013 第35卷 第4期 Vol.35No.4 金融·投资 融资约束、金融发展与企业出口行为 毛 毅 （西安交通大学 经济与金融 学院，陕西 西安 710061） ［摘 要］利用世界银行投资环境调查数据，研究 了融资约束、金融发展对企业 出口行为的影响效应。研究结果表明，融资 约束与金融发展是影响企业 出口概率及 出口收益的重要因素。进一步研究发现 ，融资约束与金融发展对企业 出口概率及 出口 收益的影响因所有制不同而存在差异。民营企业融资约束的降低对其 出口概率及 出口收益将起到显著的促进作用，国有企业 和外资企业融资约束的降低对 出口概率及 出口收益的影响不显著。另外，金融发展对不同所有制企业融资约束的缓解效应也存 在差异，民营企业的融资约束随着金融发展水平的不断提 高将得到显著缓解 ，而国有企业和外资企业融资约束的缓解效应却不 显著。 ［关键词］融资约束；出口固定成本 ；出口变动成本 ；出口行为 ［中图分类号］F752.62；F832.5 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1007-9556（2013）04-0009-11 Financing Constraints, Financial Development and Enterprise Export Behavior MAOYi （ ） Abstract ：This paper studies the effect of financing constraints and financial development on the enterprise export behavior using the World Bank investment climate survey data. The results show that financing constraints and financial development are the important factors that affect the enterprise export probability and export earnings. Furthermore, the authors find that the impact of financing constraints and financial development on export probability and export earnings exists differences due to different ownership, private enterprise financing constraints reduce to the probability of enterprise exports and export earnings played a promoting significant role, and the impact of the state-owned enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises financing constraints reduce on the probability of enterprise ex
