三种不同奶粉喂养在早产儿中临床探究 　　【摘要】 目的：探?早产儿液体配方奶、早产儿普通粉奶、深度水解蛋白配方奶三种不同奶粉喂养对早产儿的出生体重恢复时间及喂养不耐受、新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎（neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis，NEC）的影响。方法：选取本院280例早产儿作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为三组，A组：早产儿液体配方奶喂养100例；B组：早产儿普通粉奶喂养100例；C组：深度水解蛋白配方奶喂养80例，观察三组早产儿恢复出生体重时间及喂养不耐受、NEC的情况。结果：B组早产儿恢复出生体重时间短于A、C两组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。A组早产儿与B、C两组相比，更容易出现喂养不耐受，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。A组有3例NEC的发生，B组有2例NEC的发生，C组无NEC的发生。结论：采用早产儿液体配方奶更容易出现喂养不耐受，早产儿普通粉奶恢复出生体重时间最短，深度水解蛋白配方奶喂养未见NEC发生 【关键词】 早产儿； 喂养不耐受； 早产儿配方奶 Clinical Study on Three Different Milk Powder Feeding in Preterm Infants/XU Fa-lin，ZHAO Xiao-jun，CHENG Yan-chao，et al//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（10）：050-053 【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effects of three different milk powder feeding of liquid formula for preterm infants，ordinary formula for preterm infants，and deep hydrolyzed protein milk formula on birth weight recovery time，feeding intolerance and neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis（NEC）in preterm infants. Method：The 280 preterm infants were selected as search subjects，according to random number table，they were divided into three groups.Group A of 100 cases were given liquid formula of preterm infants feeding，group B of 100 cases were given ordinary formula for preterm infants feeding，group C of 80 cases were given deep hydrolyzed protein milk formula feeding.The indicators of preterm infants in three groups such as birth weight recovery time，feeding intolerance and NEC were compared.Result：The time of birth weight recovery in group B was shorter than that in group A and C，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Preterm infants in group A were more prone to feeding intolerance than those in group B and C，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.There were 3 cases of NEC in group A，2 cases of NEC in group B，and no NEC in group C.Conclusion：Preterm infants with liquid formula more prone to feeding intolerance，the shortest recovery time of birth weight was found in preterm infants with ordinary powder milk，deep h
