摘 要 本毕业设计是根据xx大学土木建筑工程学院土木工程专业毕业设计任务书的要求进行的，包括建筑设计、结构设计、施工组织设计三部分内容。 本毕业设计名称为x市某集团办公楼，办公楼长56.60m，宽17.90m，高22.5m，建筑面积6079m2，主体结构六层。 此建筑采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，安全等级为二级，耐火等级为二级，设防烈度为7度。整幢办公楼设置两部楼梯，一部电梯，满足疏散和防火要求。 基础均采用柱下独立基础，地基承载力特征值为160kN/㎡，勘测深度内未见地下水，冻土深度为1.10m，基础埋深1.50m。 施工组织设计是对此建筑各个方面的特点进行细致深入分析后制订的。 在设计过程中，进行了多个建筑方案的评估和筛选，最终选定本方案。进行了结构的计算，施工组织设计，绘制了建筑图、结构图和施工总平面图。 关键词: 框架结构；建筑设计；结构设计；施工组织设计； Abstract This project is designed according to the requirements of civil engineering graduation design, civil engineering and architecture department, Liaoning University of Technology. This design is composed of three parts: architecture design, structural design, and construction organization design. The design concerns a office building of Jinzhou. The company office building is 56.6m long,17.9m wide and 22.5m high. The construction area is 6079m2. The main body consists of 6 floors. The building adopts the cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure. With safety classes of two, fire-proof classes of two, and earthquake fortification intensity is seven. There are two flight of stairs and one elevator for the purpose of evacuation and fire emergency. The single foundation under column is adopted in the design. The characteristic value of subgrade bearing capability is 160kN/m2, There is no groundwater in exploration ,the frozen soil is 1.10m deep, and the bottom of the foundation is 1.50m under the ground. The construction organization design is according to the characteristics of the Architectural aspects after detailed in-depth analysis. In the process of the design, this programme is finally adopted after appraising and selecting a number of programs. A series of procedures are carried out, such as the calculation of the structure, construction design. Several drawings such as architecture drawing, structure drawing and construction drawing are made.
