Abstract
Theteachersjobstressisamainresearchfieldinthecurrentpsychologicaland
educationalscience.Since1970stheresearchesinfore咖 academeonthisaspecthas
beenincreasinggraduallyandatthesametimetheyhavegotlargeamountsof
achievements.Manyresearcheshaveprovedthatteacherisahigh-pressurecareer.The
perpetualjobstresscanseriouslyinfluenceteachersmentalhealth,whichwillnotonly
causethereducingofteachingqualityandefficiencybutalsocausebadresulttothe
studentssoundpersonality.
Mentalhealthisthekeyoftheteacherscomprehensivequality.Itisalsothe
guaranteeoftheimprovementoftheteacherswholequalityandtheteachingquality.
Oneexpertoncepointedprospectively,Weshouldpayattentiontotheteachersmental
state.Teacherswithouthealthypsychologycannottrainstudentswithsoundpersonality.
Sotostudyteachersmentalstateandtoimprovetheirmentalhealthylevelarenotonly
therequirementsofthecareersfeaturesandthetime,butalsotherequirementsof
teachersself-development.
InChina,withthedevelopmentofeducationalreformteachersjobstresshas
becomeobviousdaybyday.Becauseofdifferentreasonssuchasentranceexaminations,
middleschoolteachershavetofacemuchmorepressurethanotherteachersandthey
havevariouspsychologicalproblems,tosomeextent.Thatiswhytostudythejobstress
andmentalstateofmiddleschoolteacherswhobelongtothehigh-pressuregroupis
meaningfulrfomtheperspectiveoftheoryandpractice.
Themainpurposeofthispaperistoresearchthejobstressandmentalstateof
middleschoolteachersandtodiscusstherelationshipbetweenthesourceofthepressure
andmentalhealth.Afterreadingextensivelytheworksandmaterialshomeandabroad
andinterviewingmiddleschoolteachers,theauthormadequestionnaires.Afterseveral
revisionsthequestionnaires,questionnairesonmiddleschoolteachersjobstress,consist
of63itemsatlast.Thecheckshowsthatboththevalidityandthereliabilityreachthe
