When architect designs this building, they need to fully consider the geographical environment in Harbin and the function of the training center. Harbin, which is located in high latitudes with long winter and short summer ,has low average temperature. However, Harbin has enough sunshine all the year round. The architect should ensure the indoor part has enough daylighting and the heat preservation performance is wonderful.There are two main features-teaching and accommodation in training center , which should not interfere with each other.According to general colleges and universities, the teaching part could be built.The classroom should ensure that the light is good and meet the requirements of audio and video. Apartment section can be designed based on the general hotel and commercial apartments model.The area of single rooms should be small and ensure the normal conduct of human activity. In conclusion, the training center ought to adopt the combination of high-level multi-storey structure.Multilayer part is the teaching building, sitting west to east.The top part for the apartment faces south.
