基于校企合作实践教学模式改革探索 　　摘要： 随着应用型本科院校教育教学改革的深入，充分发挥校企合作的优势，对实现岗位对接、优势互补、资源共享和共赢具有非常重要的意义，也是实践型人才培养的一种重要途径和方式。文章采用调查问卷法、访谈法对6所正在参加应用实习的学生进行调查，从而了解应用型本科院校在校企合作方面的问题分析，认为忽视实践教学、实践教学内容设置不科学、缺乏校企深度合作和缺乏校企合作监控体系是目前面临的主要问题。对此，针对上述的问题，提出从实践教学培养体系、实践教学师资队伍、校企联合培养、考核机制等角度对实践教学进行改革。由此，通过上述的实践教学模式改革，加强应用型本科院校学生实践能力、创新能力的培养，提升应用型本科院校学生的竞争力 Abstract： With the deepening of education and teaching reform in application-oriented colleges and universities， the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation are brought into full play， which is of great significance for the realization of post-docking， complementary advantages， resource sharing and win-win situation.
