奥美拉唑治疗小儿慢性胃炎并消化性溃疡疗效探析 　　[摘要] 目的 探究奥美拉唑治疗小儿慢性胃炎并消化性溃疡的效果。方法 方便选取 2014 年 10 月―2016 年 2月齐齐哈尔市二院接收的70例慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患儿，将这些患儿分成研究组和对照组，均为35例。对照组给予蒙脱石散治疗，研究组给予奥美拉唑治疗，均治疗15 d，治疗结束后对两组患儿的病情及胃肠道黏膜的状况进行观察对比。结果 治疗后两组患儿的胃肠道症状均得到缓解。研究组治疗后的治疗效果总有效率达到了88.57%，明显高于对照组治疗后的治疗有效率即85.71%，两组结果对比差异有统计学意义 （P0.05）。 结论 小儿慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者接受奥美拉唑治疗的效果比较优秀，患者的症状改善明显，疼痛缓解较为明显，对胃肠道溃疡的愈合具有较好的促进效果，溃疡将幽门螺杆菌清除，减少不良反应的发生，值得临床推广 [关键词] 小儿；慢性胃炎；消化性溃疡；奥美拉唑 [中图分类号] R725.7 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）02（b）-0112-03 [Abstract] Objective To study the effect of omeprazole in treatment of chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer. Methods Convenient selection 70 cases of children with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2014 to February 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 35 cases in each， the control group were treated with smectite powder， while the research group were treated with omeprazole， and the treatment time was 15d， and at the end of treatment， the disease condition and gastrointestinal mucosa of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment， the gastrointestinal mucosa of the two groups was relieved， and the total effective rate in the research group after treatment was obviously higher than that in the control group（88.57% vs 85.71%）， and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The treatment effect of omeprazole in treatment of chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer is good， which can obviously improve the symptoms of patients and obviously relieve the pains， promote the healing of gastrointestinal ulcer and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions， which is worth clinical promotion.
