PAGE PAGE 15 摘 要 修井是对油、气、水井进行维修维护，提高油、气井生产能力，从而在开发油田中保持较长期的稳产高产。本文通过对修井的相关图书，期刊，文献等资料的研究，以及对大庆油田的井下作业现场的调研，从修井工艺、修井设备、修井工具等方面详细介绍了修井作业原理。 修井作业的主要内容包括，清除油管和抽油杆结蜡与检泵；注水井洗井、试注和清砂；分层采油、分层注水；水力喷砂，水力压裂、油层酸化处理等增产、增注措施；各种防砂措施；堵水、封串；检修套管；打捞井下落物；解除卡钻；起下衬管、侧钻等。 修井设备主要包括，履带式通井机、轮式通井机、修井机、不压井不放喷设备、吊升旋转设备、循环冲洗设备等。 修井工具主要包括进井口工具、地面工具、井下工具等。 关键词：修井；修井机；通井机 Abstract Workover of oil, gas and water wells for maintenance, increased oil, gas well production capacity, thereby maintaining the development of oil fields in the longer-term Wenchangaochan.
