摘 要 交流电力稳压器是各种精密和昂贵用电仪器的第一道安全防线，就像电脑的防火墙一样重要。随着物质生活的提高，它已逐渐走入了我们的生活，也就意味着它关系着很多人的财产安全，因此有必要对交流电力稳压器做一下深入的研究，力求找到一种简单耐用易用的稳压器的设计方法，适宜更广大的人群，符合大多数人的指标要求和利益标准。 本文对交流电压波动的危害进行了说明，也对交流稳压器的作用做了阐述，主要对交流电力稳压器的基本原理进行了深入了解，并在一定要求的情况下去探索、讨论和设计一种符合大众的稳压器.对计算结果进行了仿真，详尽的说明了它的合理性，是能达到的预设的要求的。并对控制电路的硬件和软件设计进行了一些选择和说明，该设计的硬件部分以ATmega16为系统的核心，通过对电压进行数据采集并送入信号处理电路，从而得到控制系统可以识别的数字信号；而软件部分主要对设计流程作了说明，规范了设计的程序功能。 关键字：电压波动 电压补偿 励磁涌流 控制装置  Abstract AC Power Regulator is the first security line of sophisticated and expensive power equipment, which is as important as the computer’s firewall. With the improvement of material life, it has gradually stepped into our lives, which means that it is related with a lot of people and property, so it is necessary for AC Power Regulator to do some in-depth study and sought to find a durable and easy to use simple regulator design method. It is all for the point that AC Power Regulator can be suitable for large groups and meet the requirements of the indicators and the interests of the standards. The AC voltage fluctuations damage on the paper is described at first, also share the role of regulator are described in detail. The main two points are that do some AC Power Regulator of the basic principles in-depth and continue to explore the situation of certain requirements, discussion and design of a regulator in the public. It simulations the results of the calculation, and the rationalities are described in detail. This regulator is to achieve the requirements. Certainly, I make some selections and descriptions on the control circuit design of the hardware and software, and ATmega16 acts as the core of the hardware system. We can accurately identify the digital signal received through the data acquisition of voltage into the signal processing circuit; and it makes an explanation of the design process in the software part, also standards procedures functions.
