服装产品质量控制与验收标准 Quality control and acceptance standards of clothing products 1. 面料 1）注意面料的是否有缸差，程度是否严重。 2）面料的缩水是否一致。 3）配色的面料是否符合资料要求。 4）撞色的面料必须做洗水处理，是否有掉色或染色现象。 1 fabric 1) check whether there is cylinder dying difference for the fabric, whether the level is serious or not. 2) whether fabric shrinkage is in consistence. 3) whether contrasting fabric color is in consistence with the requirements. 4) the factory must wash the contrasting fabric to see whether there’s color fading or staining to the main fabric. 2. 辅料 1）要求配色的织带，车线，纽扣，拉链等必须配色。 2）客户要求刻字的纽扣，拉链头，印字织带，胶袋必须符合资料要求。 3）金属辅料不能有生锈的情况。 4）各类唛头及挂卡，贴纸等内容必须符合资料要求。 2 accessories 1) whether the ribbon, the stitching yarns, the button, the zipper match the requirements. 2) the embossed button, the embossed zipper puller, printed or woven tape, printed poly bag should meet customer’ requirements. 3) all metal accessories should not be rusty. 4) all kinds of labels, hangtags, stickers and other acc. must meet customer’s requirements in the files. 3. 印花，绣花，烫钻 1）各种工艺必须符合资料要求，颜色及效果的清晰度必须确认。 2）绣花的底面是否有加布朴，是否容易刮伤皮肤。 3）烫钻或烫片的颜色及图案是否符合资料要求。 4）烫钻或烫片必须符合粘合强度要求，不接受轻易脱落现象。 3 printing, embroidery, heat-melting rhinestone 1) all techniques must meet customer’s requirements, the color and the outlook of the designs must be confirmed by customers. 2) whether there is fusing on the back side of the embroidery in case it will scratch the body skin. 3) whether the colors and patterns of heat-melting rhinestone or iron tablets meet customer’s requirements. 4) the adhesive strength of the rhinestones or tablets should meet requirements, any easily falling off phenomenon is not acceptable. 4. 半成品的检查 1）裁床数是否符合下单的要求。 2）裁片是否有色差，是否有配错码数的现象。 3）裁片有破洞或跳纱，是否有及时补换。 4）车线针距是否符合要求，是否有断线或跳线现象。 5）车间的半成品检查工序是否有到位。 6）是否有其它急需解决的问题。 4 semi finished products inspection 1) whether cutting quantity meet the requirements of the order quantity. 2) whether there are color shades for the cutting pieces, whether there is a mismatch phenomenon for different sizes. 3) wh
