气吹阀袋包装机使用说明 Operation manual for a ir valve package machine 一、 标定仪表、设定打包重量。（仪表说明书） I,Set the meter and weight limit for package( detailed check the meter operation guide) 二、工作过程：接通电源，当混合机开始下料，物料到达包装机料位器高度时， 转叶式料位器动作，“料仓有料”指示灯点亮，同时包装机蝴蝶阀门关闭，向上 封料。 按“启动”按钮、“闸门开”指示灯点亮，包装机剪刀阀张开，压袋气缸工 作（把阀袋压牢），并且充气电磁阀工作。向包装机内充气，开始加料。当 重量到达快加设定值（LO ）时，剪刀阀关小一档进行慢加料，当重量到达 慢加设定值时（HI ）时，剪刀阀完全关闭。压袋气缸松袋，加料结束。同 时，锥形阀门打开。物料继续向包装机内下料（如此重复循环）。 在加料过程中，按“停止”按钮，包装机停止加料，按“手动放料”按钮包 装机开始加料，松开“手动放料”按钮，包装机停止加料。 II, Process of operation: after the power is on, the mixing machine begin to feed, material reach the height limit in the material cabin ,turbine in that begin to work. “FULL CABIN” indicator is on, the cone valve in package machine will close and seal the package in the upside. Push”START-UP”button, the indicator”STROBE IS OPEN” is on , the scissors valve in package machine open, pressure pump begin to work( pressing the bag), and puffing electric magnetic valve work. Feeding at the time of puffing in the package bag. When the weight of contain in package bag reach the fast feeding limit value(LO), the scissors valve adjust to the lower position and low the speed of feeding, when the weight reach the slow feeding limit value(HI), the scissors valve close completely. Pressure pump release and feeding finish.At the same time, the cone valve open, material continue to feed to the package machine( recycle in that process). In the process of operation, push”STOP” button , the package machine stop feeding and push ”MANUAL FEED”button, the package machine begin to work,release it ,the machine stop working. 三、故障检查 1、“料仓有料”指示灯亮，按“启动”按钮，包装机不加料； A 、检查包装机嘴内有无异物（如有需清理） B、检查工作气压（单联件）是否达到 2-3 公斤（如果不满需调整）。包装时在2 公斤左右。 C、如剪刀阀没有张开，检查仪表设定值（HI ：LO ）是否正确。 D 、检查电磁阀是否损坏（如损需更换） 2、锥形阀门不动作： A 、检查转叶式料位是否有
