查尔斯·奥尔森诗歌浅析 　　查尔斯Charles Olson， 1910―1970）是美国当代诗人和评论家。他的诗歌自由奔放，感染了一代诗人，开创了黑山诗派。1950年奥尔森发表《投射体诗》（Projective Verse）一文，它被认为是黑山诗歌派的宣言书 在作者的Maximus， to Gloucester， Sunday， July 19这首诗歌中， 他到故乡Gloucester 寻根，看到了一个遇难渔民的雕像，人们在那里纪念这个雕像――渔民，并向海面上抛撒鲜花。在诗歌里面写道：”the flowers turn the character of the sea . The sea jumps the fate of the flower ，The drowned men are undrowned in the eddies of the eyes of the flowers opening the seas eyes. ”这几句诗人用花的形象把这个渔人的形象升华了，用美丽的花来代表渔人的精神不灭永存。“The disaster is undone .What was received as alien---the flower on the water， that a man drowns that he dies in water as he dies on earth， the impossible that this gross fact can return to us in this upset on a summer day of a particular tide.”诗句中的“disaster ”代表渔民遇难一事，“undone”是消除的意思， 这几句的意思是说大海被人的诚信所感动， 使得渔民又复活了。我们还看到了作者意识的流动、水上的花朵、渔民被淹死、像死在陆地那样死在水中――对诗人来讲，都是不可能的。作者这几个联想是没有什么关联和逻辑关系的，这是作者思想的波浪 “That the sensation is ture， that the transformations of fire are， first of all， sea--as gold for wares wares for gold.”这里作者描述了其真实存在的感觉。这几行诗歌是诗人意识的流动，虽然可能是凌乱的，但是它却是作者真实的感受。所以次序就显得不重要了，最关键的是作者真正感觉的流露。这是作者与传统观念不同的地方，作者在这里就透露出了他的写作方法，就是重感觉和真实的感受，不重形式上的东西。作者突破了传统的枷锁，犹如感受到了田野的春风，把最真实、最纯正的感受展示给大家，开辟了一片新的天地。奥尔森的意识和联想活动范围远远超出了特定的物质范畴，甚至有些空灵和缥缈 第二节开始作者描述了地球的千疮百孔、满目疮痍，“whose surface bubbles with these gimlets which screw-in like potholes， caustic caked earth of painted pools， Yellowstone Park of holes is death the diseased presence on us， the spilling lesion.”这首诗歌中的“bubbles”“gimlets” “potholes”“caked earth”用来代表地球的现状，这些都是真实的存在，里面还包括火山、死亡、危害。但是，尽管地球存在这些，但我们还是勇敢地活下去，“of the birlliance it is to be alive： to walk onto it as Jim Bridger the first into it.”作者赋予了千疮百孔的地球新的生命，代表作者最美好的祝愿。“When a mans coffin is the sea the whole of creation shall come to his funeral.”?@句话的意思是一个人死在大海里，大海会给他哀悼，不仅大海，海里的万物都会哀悼他。这体现出作者的思想中超越现实的一面，渔民在海中遇难，作者想象海里的万物都为之动容哭泣 “ This afternoon： there are eyes in this water the flowers from the shore， awakened the sea .” “Men are so sure they know very many things， they dont even know night and day are one.”这里作
