各专业完整优秀毕业论文设计图纸 摘 要 本课题主要是关于YJ355型液力变矩器总成的设计。液力变矩器是自动变速器上重要组成部分，它位于发动机和变速机械齿轮变速机构之间，起着将发动机的动力传递给齿轮变速机构的作用。它替代了传统汽车中的离合器，且由于导轮的存在，充分利用了从涡轮叶片内缘流向导轮的油液的速度（动能），提高了涡轮的输出转矩。 由于液力变矩器的叶片直接影响到变矩器的性能参数，因此液力变矩器设计的关键是叶片设计。同时，变矩器轴向力、结构布置等技术参数对变矩器的性能也有较大的影响，因此本课题主要进行循环圆设计、叶片设计以及一些关键部件的设计。 在设计过程中，主要以液体运动的流量方程、伯努利方程、一元束流理论、欧拉方程、及根据相似原理建立的相似定律、叶片设计的环量分配法及一些基础的力学、转矩、功率公式为基本工具，并且结合AutoCAD软件，采用作图法，在对液力变矩器的工作原理及性能分析充分了解后，运用以上理论计算出结构参数，再运用这些参数设计出三个叶片，并且用这些计算出的参数验证是否达到最初设计的要求。最后利用上述所设计的关键部件、结构参数，利用UG3.0软件进行了泵轮、涡轮、导轮的三维绘图设计，利用AutoCAD软件进行三个叶片的二维和装配图的绘制。 关键词：YJ355型，液力变矩器，变矩，设计 Design of the YJ355 Torque Converter ABSTRACT The main topic is the design of YJ355 hydraulic torque converter assembly.
