维普资讯 · 424 · ChinOphthalRes，August2006，Vo1．24，No．4 · 临 床 研 究 · 卵磷脂络合碘治疗2型糖尿病视网膜血流动力学观察 沈 玺 冯佩丽 焦 秦 谢 冰 A dynamicstudyonretinalbloodflow inpatientswithtype2diabetes mellitusfollowingtreatmentofjolethin ShenXi，FengPeili，JiaoQin，XieBing．DepartmentofOphthalmology，Ru~inHospital，Shanghai JiaotongUniversity，Shanghai200025，China Abstract 0bjective Ithasbeenestablishedthatdiabeticmicro-angiopathyisduetodecreaseofcapillarybloodflow． How topreventischaemia caused by reduced capillary blood flow is stilla challenge．Presentwork investigatesthe blood flow changesofthecentralretinalartery inpatientswithtype2diabetesmellitusfollowingthetreatmentofjolethin． Methods Blood flow characteristicsofthecentralretinalartery in 18 type2 diabetesmellituspatientswithoutdiabeticretinopathyand 16 normalvolunteersweremeasuredbeforeand3monthsaftertreatmentofjolethinwithLOGIQ9ultrasounddiagnosisapparatus． Results Thearterialpeaksystolicvelocity(PSV)，theend-diastolicvelocity(EDV)andbloodflow(B-FLOW)ofthecentral retinalartery were 10．03±4，86，2．78±I．87 and3、21± 1．57 in the patientswithtype2diabetesmellitus，and thoseofnormal volunteerswere I2．30±3．27．3，76±I．5Iand4．52 ±1．76 respectively，indicatingastatistically significantdifferencebetween them (P0．0l，P0．01，P 0．01)．At3monthsaftertreatmentofJolethin，PSV，EDV andB-FLOW weresignificantly increasedincomparisontopretreatmentconditionindiabeticpatients(11，68±3．01，3．58±1．72and4，00±1，82versus10，03 ±4，86，2，78±1．87and3．21±1．57respectively，P0，05，P0．05，P0，05)， Conclusion Theseresultsindicatethat thereexisthaemodynamic changes ofretinalblood flow in type 2 diabetesmellitus patientsbefore occurring clinicaldiabetic retinopathy．Retinalbloodflowcanbeimpro
