陕西城东建设工程有限公司办公楼 工程量清单报价 摘要 本次毕业设计的任务是工程量清单报价的编制，其核心部分与首要工作是工程量的计算，在设计过程中，以《建设工程计量与计价》、《工程量清单计价与规则》为依据，按照陕西省建筑工程工程量清单计价办法进行，设计题目是陕西城东建设工程有限公司办公楼，建筑占地面积为563.96m2，总建筑面积为3032.45m2，建筑高度为23.40m，层数6层，建筑结构形式为框架结构，基础为独立基础，设计使用年限为50年，建筑结构按六度四级抗震设防，防火设计的建筑分类为二类多层建筑，其耐火等级二级，主要内容为土方工程、基础主体工程及装饰装修工程，实行工程量清单计价，工程量清单作为招标文件和合同文件的重要组成部分，对于规范招标人计价行为，在技术上避免招标中弄虚作假和暗箱操作以及保证工程款的支付结算都会起到重要作用。从工程计价依据及性质、计价方法、工程量计算方式、生产要素、价格形成机制、计价格式、价格调整方式、合同等方面对比分析了工程量清单计价与传统定额计价方式的差别，指出实行工程量清单计价，企业可以按照自己的个别成本参与市场竞争，从而使建筑市场的竞争更加公平合理。 关键词：工程量计算；工程量清单；工程量清单报价 Shaanxi east of the city construction engineering co., LTD.
