财富分配伦理：追寻工具理性和价值理性的整合

摘 要：财富分配伦理是经济伦理学研究的重要问题之一。从内容上讲，它包含财富分配关系、财富分配
价值原则和财富分配价值理想，内在地体现出工具理性与价值理性的双向互动关系，财富分配中的工具理性具
有风险预警、制度安排功能，价值理性则具有规约导向与批判扬弃功能。追寻工具理性与价值理性的整合符合
财富分配伦理的内在要求与本质规定，强化市场型政府、遵循科学合理分配原则、树立科学发展观是重要举措。

The Ethics of Wealth Distribution: Pursuing the Integration of Instrumental

Abstract: The ethics of wealth distribution is one of the important topics in the study of business ethics. It includes the
distribution relationship, the value principle and value ideal of wealth distribution, which intrinsically reflects the two-way interactive
relationship of instrumental rationality and value rationality. Instrumental rationality has the functions of risk warning and institutional
arrangement, while value rationality has the functions of guiding and critical sublation. Pursuing the integration of the two rationalities
conforms to the intrinsic demands of the ethics of wealth distribution. To that end, strengthening the market-oriented government,
