10W稀土永磁同步伺服电机设计研究 学生姓名:熊杰 学 号32 所在系部:电气信息及其自动化 指导老师: 日 期:二零一六年五月十八日 摘 要 随着电力电子技术、微型计算机技术、稀土永磁材料和控制理论的飞速发展,永磁同步电机在中低容量的运动控制系统中得到了广泛的应用,尤其是在伺服传动领域,永磁同步电机正在逐步取代直流电机、步进电机而成为伺服驱动的发展方向。然而,由于永磁同步伺服系统受电机参数变化、外部负载扰动等因素的影响,要获得高性能、宽调速范围永磁同步伺服系统,必须研究先进的控制策略与控制手段,使系统具有较强的适应性和较强的抗干扰能力。本论文的主要工作就是围绕高性能、宽调速范围永磁同步电机伺服系统的研究而展开,文章的主要内容如下: 对永磁同步电机的矢量控制技术和直接转矩控制技术进行了系统的分析研究,通过对两种控制策略的原理及其使用时的控制性能进行比较分析,指出矢量控制技术可实现电机交直轴之间的解耦,具有转矩控制的线性特性,能够获得比较平稳的输出转矩,达到比较宽的调速范围。结合伺服传动控制系统的要求,确定永磁同步电机伺服系统的控制方案为矢量控制。 关键词:永磁同步电机,转子磁场定向矢量控制,伺服系统,初始定位,二次型指标最优调节器(LQSF),微分控制,负载观测器。 Abstract Along with the fast development of power electronics, micro-computers, rare earth permanent magnet materials and control theory,permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has been widely applied in motion control system of medium or low capacity. PMSM has become the developing direction of servo drive in servo drive field, and gradually takes the place of DC motor and step motor. However, permanent magnet synchronous servo system was influenced by the change of motor parameters, load disturbance etc. In order to obtain permanent magnet synchronous servo system with high performance and wide speed range, and to make the system posses better flexibility and strengthen anti-jamming, new control strategies and control measures should be studied and applied in the system. This paper is aiming at high performance, wide speed range permanent magnet synchronous servo system, and its main contents as follows. The PMSM control systems respectively using the control strategies of the vector control technique and the direct torque control technique (DTC) are analyzed systematically.
